Karolina Pawlak

I am a dedicated preschool teacher with over 15 years of experience working with young children. I have a master's degree in preschool education and a diploma in English, which allows me to combine my love of teaching with a deep understanding of communication and child development. Working with children is my passion. I derive great joy from supporting children in their development and discovering new information and abilities with them. This is very rewarding for me and brings me joy!

Yael Rodriguez
Teacher
I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in English Teaching. With over 10 years of experience in education, I’ve had the opportunity to work with students at various levels— from primary school to college. Joining Karolina’s Academy marks an exciting new chapter in my career, where I’m focused on one of the most formative stages of childhood. My goal is to create a safe and engaging environment where learning and fun go hand in hand.
Hobby: Outside of work, I enjoy reading, walking in the park, and exploring museums.

Vladlena Tretiakova
Daycare Provider
Over the past few years, I have worked with both children and adults as a physiotherapist, with a growing focus on early childhood development. In the daycare setting, I support children’s physical, emotional, and social growth through play, movement, and respectful communication. I strongly align with the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), which guide my interactions with children. Rather than enforcing compliance, I aim to motivate and inspire through empathy, understanding, and encouragement. I bring a calm and nurturing presence into the daycare environment, and take great joy in building trusting, meaningful relationships with children. My work is rooted in empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping each child thrive at their own pace.
Hobby: Painting and drawing, reading, baking and decorating my bakery, hiking in mountains, Pilates and Yoga, mindfulness

Karolina Kijowska
Teacher
I'm an empathetic and dedicated educator with a degree in Early Childhood Education and a background in music, having graduated from a State First-Level Music School. I’m passionate about creating a warm, fun, and supportive environment where every child can learn, play, and grow at their own pace. I speak Polish, English, and Hebrew, and I also know a little Spanish and Korean. I really enjoy working in international environments and believe that learning about different cultures and languages helps bring us all closer together. I’m so excited to be part of Karolina’s Academy and to help children feel happy, safe and confident every day.
Hobby: When I’m not in the classroom, you’ll find me reading a good book, cooking, playing board games, listening to music, or watching movies. I’m always curious and love learning new things - especially when it helps me become a better teacher.

Natalya Belyaeva
Daycare provider
My name is Natalya, and I’m originally from Belarus. English has always been something I truly love. I graduated from Vitebsk State University with a degree in English teaching, and I spent three summers in the United States improving my language skills through the Work & Travel program. Before joining Karolina’s Academy, I worked as an IT recruiter, but deep down I always knew I wanted to do something more meaningful and connected to children—especially after my son was born. That’s when I realized how much joy I find in helping little ones explore, grow, and discover the world. With kids, my approach is warm and playful: I enjoy being silly, sharing their excitement, and getting on their level. At the same time, I believe that gentle structure and clear boundaries help children feel safe and confident. I love stepping into the kids’ world and creating a space where they can be themselves.
Hobby: In my free time, I enjoy family photography, which gives me a closer look into the beauty of human connections and emotions. I also love baking and reading books with my son—these cozy moments inspire me and remind me how magical childhood can be.
